How Anesthr Limited collects, uses, and protects information through Alphé.

Last updated August 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Anesthr Limited (" Alphé", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Alphé, a service that helps local businesses request Google reviews from their customers by SMS. Anesthr Limited is an Irish company registered in Ireland.

Mobile numbers are never sold or shared

Customer phone numbers collected through Alphé are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. Phone numbers and message content are shared only with our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, solely for the purpose of transmitting messages on behalf of the business using the platform. We do not rent, lease, or sell contact lists.

Message frequency

A customer who is added to Alphé can expect to receive up to 3 messages per completed service: a check-in message, a review request, and one follow-up reminder. No customer receives more than three messages for a single service unless they reply or initiate further conversation.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from the customer's mobile carrier may apply to messages sent or received through the service.

Opting out

Customers receiving messages can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying STOP immediately removes the customer from the sequence and prevents further messages. Other supported commands include HELP for support information.

What data we collect

  • Business account data: business name, owner name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed credential).
  • Customer data: the name and phone number of each customer a business adds, the source (manual entry or CSV import), and the date added.
  • Message data: the status of each message in the sequence (pending, sent, clicked, skipped) and timestamps for sending and any click event.
  • Usage data: basic interaction data such as the pages you visit within the app, used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use data

  • To send the 3-message review-request sequence to customers on behalf of the business.
  • To display sequence status and activity to the business owner.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the service.
  • To respond to support and privacy requests.

Data retention

We retain business account data and customer records for as long as the account is active. A business can delete its customers and message records at any time. On account closure, we remove associated customer and message data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

Access to data is protected by authentication and row-level access controls. Passwords are never stored in plain text. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard measures to protect information.
